Hi, and welcome! I’m Ashley — I was born in Portland, OR and raised in SW Washington, making my heart truly native to the Pacific NW. I am a proud Camas High School graduate, and have lived in Clark County my entire life. I now split my time between Vancouver, WA and Seattle, WA. I enjoy the hustle and bustle of “big city” but can’t leave my Southwest WA roots behind. Washington State will be my forever home - it is one of the very best places to live. If you are new to the area and would like recommendations for restaurants, neighborhoods, parks, etc, please feel free to ask!

I am licensed in both Oregon and Washington and can assist with your real estate needs anywhere in either state.

I truly do love helping people, especially when it comes to building a plan to achieve their goals. I could not see myself in any other profession and am grateful I get to do what I do every day. This is a very intimate and important role. I take my part very seriously, as buying or selling a home may be one of the biggest decisions of one’s entire life. I am honored to be by your side to help guide and support throughout the entire process — and after. Many of my clients become good friends, which makes the job even more rewarding.

I love all things when it comes to homes - architecture, design, the power of paint and color, outdoor living spaces and landscaping. Mid century modern is one of my absolute favorite design styles. I personally have purchased and remodeled two homes on my own. I have very capable vendors who I am happy to refer, should any of my clients need.
