Townhomes and condos can be a more affordable and lower maintenance option vs a standard single family home. Most HOAs will cover the front yard and sometimes even the exterior maintenance, while still giving the owner full control of the interior of their home. Some condos offer other amenities, such as a pool, workout room, and common areas.
New Construction Homes
A brand new home can be the most attractive option, as most can be customized to your individual needs. They also have zero risk of deferred maintenance and typically come with an extended home warranty. There are several great builders to choose from, and we have access to all of them.
Single Level Living
Single story living, or a one level “ranch” home is the most highly demanded home among buyers of all ages. The accessibility of having everything on one main level is attractive to not only those who may not be able to make it up and down stairs, but also those who have young children. Single story homes are also more efficient to heat and cool.
